this is a difficult Q it would help to tell what kind of virus it is and then look at your firewall do you have a firewall? i know this may sound odd but try crashing your computer and then restart it afterwords. sometimes this will kill the virus depending on what type it is and yes there are about 5 different kinds of viruses
