PCGuard from virgin media? any good?

im an NTL customer (now nirgin media) and have noticed they do a free firewall and antivirus called PCguard, does anyone have this???

i currently run avg (anti spy and virus), ad-aware, x-cleaner and spysweeper.

i also have the firewall from service pack 2 (windows).

is the PCguard any good? does it slow your computer, or stop you looking at stuff. any info would be great

I used Virgin PCGuard and it worked fine until I found out that the anti-virus would stop half way through scanning. It didn't slow down my system at all and if that error was fixed, then I would definately go for it! Report It


its totally crap, tick with what you know, its a good one.
use a free fire wall get avast or agv anything free
think a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. ya got good stuff now if you update and use them
I had this and it was not a lot of good. Viruses get into it and hijack it to allow spyware in, not good. I now have Zone Alarm Security, much better.
got it few days ago was in panic as my mcafee ran out
