What does spybot S&D look like? is it red ish?

So, Im a clean freak when it comes to my laptop but I do not have enough money to buy commercial Antivirus,spyware,malware, and etc. so Im trying to download free ones.

First of all, I've seen two kinds of spybot S%26D one is red and one is not. Is one fake and the other is real? which is it?

Also, I have 3 free antispyware, and they all check each other as spywares...and that just makes me want to SCREAM~!!

I feel like I'm doing more harm now than before, everything keeps going slower and slower.

My Spybot S%26D is blue. It is version 1.4.

I've been using free antivirus, spyware, etc. for years and I've never had any problems with them calling each other spyware. Here is a list of what I have on my computer. I'm sure if you give a google search for them you will be able to find them.

-Spybot Search and Destroy.

-AVG AntiVirus

-AVG AntiSpyware

-Ad-Aware SE Personal (malware)

-Microsoft Windows Defender
