The call feature on my yahoo messenger is not available. i am using the latest version(8.1.0.195).?

LAN setup between two computers. Free AVG antivirus installed(no firewall). Call feature available on other computer in LAN.Can't receive call also. can't even hear it ringing.when i try to call the following message is displayed, ''You cannot place a call because Messenger is not currently connected to the voice service. This is either because you are behind a restrictive firewall or because we are fixing a problem with the voice service.''

Try disabling all the firewall on your machine.
